Project Brief

An idea for a sustainable inner-city community lead to this co-working and co-living space in the desirable neighbourhood of Cape Town’s De Waterkant. In collaboration with a design team, staid corporate offices were converted into a grid of multi-level, cellular offices that can easily be reconfigured to meet the post-covid needs of clients, from established businesses to start-ups. The interior-design aesthetic is young, industrial, and budget-conscious, with colour-blocking and signage energising the space.https://neighbourgood.co.za
